• Powerful 1/2 HP Motor - Smooth starting and develops ample power for rough grinding or precision tool sharpening needs.
  
• Low Speed of 1750 RPM - Reduced motor speed allows the abrasive wheels to cut more efficiently, and reduces heat build-up and 'bluing' of tools during grinding.
  
• Abrasive Wheels in 60 and 120 Grits - White, aluminum oxide grinding wheels give excellent cutting action and do not glaze quickly.  Use the 60 grit wheel for rough grinding and the 120 grit for final sharpening or shaping of projects.
  
• Adjustable Safety Eye Shields and Spark Arrestors - Large, clear plastic eye shields give great eye and face protection against any grinding debris.  Spark arrestors keep metal debris and hot sparks from the cutting action away from the user.
  
• Adjustable Tool Rests - Sturdy, cast tool rest adjust for best grinding position to the wheels, and sturdy support of material.  The left side tool rest includes a 'v' groove for sharpening drill bits.
