Oscillating Tool Accessories

Oscillating Tool Accessories

Accessories for Bosch, Festool, Fein and More

The reason oscillating tools are so popular is because they are designed for a wide variety of jobs, and because the different oscillating tools accessories optimize the tool for whatever kind of job you are working on. The side-to-side and extremely fast movement of the tool makes this tool a must have in your tool box.

Whether you are using your multi-use oscillating tool for cutting, sanding or scraping you need to be certain you have the right accessory to get the job done. If you have an oscillating tool you will most likely need blades for cutting both wood and metal. Depending on the job at hand, you may need a plunge cut or end cut blade. The brand of tool you have will be the deciding factor on which blade you use. If you have a Festool tool you will need a Festool blade.  The Bosch blades will work on the vast majority of oscillating tools on the market, including Fein, Makita, Milwaukee, Ridgid and newer Rockwell models. One of my favorites is the Bosch carbide 1-1/4 plunge cutting blade available in single, 2 or 3 blade packs.  The Bosch blades will not work on the DeWalt and Porter Cable brands, which use their own blades.

If the Bosch blade interchanges with your tool you might decide on the Bosch Multi-Tool Accessory Blade Set. This set includes blades for work on metal, wood and other materials. Both the Festool and Bosch oscillating tools are available for online ordering.

If you’re working on a home renovation project, you may want to invest in a plunge cutting blade. This blade is useful when you need to cut out damaged sections of a wall.  Or, maybe your renovation includes installing a new floating floor. Good news, you can use a segment blade for your oscillating saw. This allows you to get underneath a door jam and shave off just enough so your new floor fits perfectly.

Got a project that includes cutting, sanding and scraping? Take a look at the oscillating accessory kits. What’s nice about a kit is that you get a variety of accessories that will help you with a lot of different tasks.

Most oscillating tools are compatible with a variety of accessories. That means that you have a lot of options depending on what you need; blades, rasps, sandpaper, sanding sheets or felt pads. All of these are available right here at Circle Saw.
